Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. All sales are final.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. In some cases, we may not require the item to be returned.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings

European Union Customers
